Last year German visual artist Hans-Peter Feldmann was awarded $100,000 for winning the Hugo Boss Prize, awarded biannually for acknowledged achievement in the world of contemporary art.  This year he has decided to give back the money in a peculiarly fascinating way - he’s giving it to the Guggenheim Museum in the form of an installation.  Feldmann spent three days tacking one-hundred thousand dollar bills to the large gallery walls.
